A private wealth advisory practice in Plymouth Meeting is seeking a Business Operations Manager.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Motivate and lead the staff.
- Prepare reports for the principles related to financial and practice productivity.
- Attend Leadership Team Meetings.
- All facets of Human Resources.
- Compliance Liaison.
- Client Service Champion.

Position Requirements:
- High level of computer efficiency including Microsoft Office Tool Suite.
- A strong ability to review historical evidence & test analogies would be helpful.
- Direct attention to detail and organization where you can work within priorities & appropriate probabilities.
- Effective oral and written communication with clients and other advisors/staff.
- Effective and efficient time management, maintain concentration, and utilize designs is needed.
- Ability to multi-task but maintain order is essential.
- Strong interpersonal skills and client service experience.
- Experience with managing and leading other team members, holding people accountable towards the personal and team goals.

Salary range commensurate based on experience - $65,000 to $80,000 plus bonus opportunity.
